Crowder had four points on 1-of-4 shooting in 18 minutes before leaving the game. The Sixers ended up on top, winning by a score of 114-97.

Five Sixers scored in double digits. Ben Simmons had a triple-double, scoring 13 points, grabbing 14 boards and dishing out 12 assists. Joel Embiid contributed 23 points, 15 rebounds, and six assists. Jimmy Butler had 19 points and three steals, while JJ Redick added 24 points as well.

For the Jazz, it was the Rudy Gobert show. Gobert had 17 points, 15 rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Donovan Mitchell added 23 points, four rebounds, and three assists. Dante Exum also contributed with 20 points on the game.

The Sixers ended up shooting 50 percent from the field. This was the difference-maker, as the Jazz only shot 38.4 percent from the field and had 12 fewer assists than their opponent.

Jae Crowder on the season is averaging 11.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.6 assists while shooting 41.4 percent from the field and 33.8 percent from deep. He's a vital part of their rotation and has started six games for the Jazz this season. Thankfully, Kyle Korver and Thabo Sefolosha will be able to take on a larger minutes load in case Crowder is out for a game or two.

The Sixers are now 23-13 on the season and rank fourth overall in the NBA's Eastern Conference. They will play the Portland Trail Blazers next at the Moda Center this upcoming Sunday.

The Jazz are now 17-19 on the season and rank 12th overall in the NBA's Western Conference. They will play the New York Knicks at home this upcoming Saturday.
