The Utah Jazz are getting set to welcome in the Los Angeles Clippers for Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals on Tuesday night. And now it looks as though they'll have to do so without Mike Conley.

Via Bleacher Report, Conley has been ruled out for the Jazz in Game 1.

Conley is dealing with a hamstring injury and the issue for the Jazz may not be in just Game 1, but moving forward in this series as well with the unpredictability of when Conley will be good to go.

This is something Jazz coach Quin Snyder noted as well.

Conley has been a huge part of the operation for the Jazz this year. The Utah guard averaged 16.2 points per game during the regular season to go along with 6.0 assists per contest. His absence from the lineup could lead to an elevated role for reserve guard Jordan Clarkson and others.

The good thing for the Jazz is that they have plenty of depth to try and figure things out while Conley remains sidelined. Donovan Mitchell is back to being a full-go and they have tons of other big time contributors on both ends of the floor like Rudy Gobert, Bojan Bogdanovic, Joe Ingles, Clarkson, Royce O'Neale, and plenty more.

It's a hit for the Jazz, there's no doubting that and Conley's presence will be missed in Game 1 and potentially moving forward. However, Utah still has more than enough to stick around and get it done against the Clippers. Fingers crossed for a quick return for Conley.
