Utah Jazz point guard Mike Conley guarantees he'll get drunk like Toronto Raptors center Marc Gasol did in Toronto's championship parade if Utah wins the title next season.

Gasol was one of the highlights of the Raptors' championship parade. Toronto fans were clamoring for Gasol to chug a whole bottle of wine. The big man didn’t shy away from the challenge and had the time of his life.

Conley, should the Jazz win the championship in 2019-20, vows to have a good time just like his pal Gasol.

The Jazz, on paper at least, have what it takes to compete for a championship. Utah had a good summer, acquiring Mike Conley from the Memphis Grizzlies and signing Bojan Bogdanovic, Jeff Green and Ed Davis in free agency.

The Jazz can’t wait to see Conley and Donovan Mitchell in action together next season. Both players are dynamic scorers who put constant pressure on defenses. Last season in Memphis, Conley averaged 21.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 6.4 assists while shooting 43.8 percent from the field, 36.4 percent from beyond the arc and 84.5 percent from the free-throw line.

In July, Conley said at this stage of his career, it’s all about fine tuning his game and making sure his body is ready for an 82-game regular season. The Jazz are hoping Conley, Mitchell and Rudy Gobert can lead the franchise to its first-ever championship next season.
