It will be a very interesting summer for Mike Conley and the Utah Jazz. The All-Star point guard's current deal comes to an end this season, and it currently remains to be seen if he's going to end up signing an extension with the Jazz.

For his part, however, Utah swingman Joe Ingles isn't shy about his feelings about Conley's future with the team. As it turns out, the same can be said about Ingles' young daughter, with the father-and-daughter duo urging Conley and his family to remain in Utah:

For what it's worth, Conley did admit that he's had a “great time” with the Jazz. Nevertheless, he's been pretty cryptic with regards to the direction he intends to take now that he's about to enter free agency. He isn't giving anything away in his recent comments, which is exactly what you'd expect from a man who's entering a multi-million dollar negotiation.

Conley and Ingles have formed quite a bond as teammates. Their friendship has extended beyond the basketball court and at this point, their wives and their children have grown close as well:

For what it's worth, Conley pocketed $34.5 million this season. He's likely looking at a dip in his income for the coming years, also considering how he's going to be 34 next season. He's been a great fit in Utah though, with the 6-foot-1 point guard earning his first All-Star nod in his career this year.

Then again, the Jazz could always move in a different direction. They just suffered a heartbreaking and season-ending loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday and at this point, anything can happen.
