Utah Jazz point guard Ricky Rubio has been re-evaluated, and is now listed as questionable to play on Monday when the team hosts the Portland Trail Blazers.

Rubio has been cleared for all basketball activities and participated in the Jazz's Sunday practice. He has been out since January 7th after suffering a strained right hamstring against the Milwaukee Bucks.

The 10-year veteran point guard from Spain is averaging 12.8 points, 6.2 assists 3.6 rebounds and 1.3 steals over 40 games this season. Despite Rubio's recent absence, the Jazz have managed to win six straight games and are now sitting in seventh place in the Western Conference standings. They have moved passed the Los Angeles Clippers, who are in eighth place entering play on Sunday.

Rubio's return would improve Utah's chances of winning more games. The pressure would be lifted off of Donovan Mitchell, who has been playing some point guard during his absence.

The former fifth-overall pick in the 2010 draft hasn't suffered a major injury since the 2014-15 season. Rubio has played at least 75 games in each of the last three seasons.

The Jazz remain shorthanded, as guards Raul Neto and Danté Exum, forward Thabo Sefolosha, and center Tony Bradley are still ruled out for tomorrow.
