Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert is clearly not happy about his ejection on Monday against the Toronto Raptors. According to the defensive stalwart, if the referees fail to do their job next time, he'll take the matter in his own hands.'

Gobert said the referees didn't bat an eye when OG Anunoby tried to land a vicious elbow to his face. He was also clueless as to why he was ejected since he didn't retaliate at Anunoby.

“(OG Anunoby) tried to elbow me in the face. And the guy who’s getting paid to protect the players didn’t do his job. We both got ejected when I didn’t do anything back, which I don’t understand. Next time I’ll do justice myself so (they) can eject me for a reason,” Gobert said, per Eric Walden of the Salt Lake Tribune.

Late in the fourth quarter of the game, Anunoby seemingly tried to land an elbow at Gobert. The Jazz center and Mike Conley saw the attempt and immediately complained to the referees, but the officials didn't do anything until the two engaged in a light shoving match. Before hell broke loose, the two were separated and eventually ejected.

In 32 minutes of action, Rudy Gobert chipped with six points, four rebounds and one block. OG Anunoby, for his part, also played 32 minutes and chipped in seven points, five rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block.

In the end, it was the Raptors who prevailed 101-92. Serge Ibaka and Pascal Siakam both dropped 27 points. For the Jazz, Joe Ingles led the way with 20 points followed by Royce O’Neale’s 15 markers.
