Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert put Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo on a nasty poster on Friday at Vivint Smart Home Arena. In the opening period of the showdown between the two powerhouse teams, The Stifle Tower and the Greek Freak met each other at the rim.

While it's Giannis who usually serves up these kinds of highlights, he got a taste of his own medicine after challenging the 7-foot-1 Frenchman's throwdown. Rudy Gobert even gave the reigning Defensive Player of the Year a chilling staredown just for good measure. Here's the play, which is already one of the best dunks of the 2020-21 campaign so far.

Gobert and Antetokounmpo, of course, are two of the league's premier defenders as they continue to terrorize opposing teams with their absurd length and athleticism. The Jazz center, who won DPOY in 2018 and 2019, probably took out his frustrations on the Bucks megastar who beat him for the award last season.

The two All-Stars are enjoying strong starts to the 2020-21 campaign, with Gobert notching 13.4 points, 13.5 rebounds, and 2.7 blocks in 25 games before Friday's home game versus Milwaukee. Giannis, on the other hand, continues to play at an MVP-level with 28.1 points, 11. rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.0 steal, and 1.2 blocks in 24 games.

For sure, Antetokounmpo would like to get back at the Jazz big man at some point in the game.
