There's a reason for Rudy Gobert to be upset following his knee injury, and he made it known to Dion Waiters after the Miami Heat guard denied that he intentionally injured the Utah Jazz big man.

During the Heat-Jazz matchup last Friday, Waiters collided with Gobert while diving for a loose ball, causing the Frenchman's knee to twist awkwardly. Gobert was able to return and finish the game, but further diagnosis on his leg revealed he sustained a bone bruise and would need to be sidelined for at least a month.

Rudy Gobert called Dion Waiters a “dirty player” for the play, while the former Cavs guard—instead of apologizing—refuted the accusation and said he should just “get out of his feelings.”

Now, Gobert hits back at Waiters, saying he just can't let him get away with what he did.

“It’s not my feelings, it’s my knee,” Gobert said, per NBC Sports. “That’s a little more important.

“I like to play basketball. Sometimes if someone takes that away from you, you’ve got to get in your feelings for a reason.”

The Jazz center added that “it's a little frustrating” he'll miss some time, though he cited he's still lucky as the damage could have been worse.

Dion Waiters is yet to respond to this latest comment from Rudy Gobert, but their beef certainly won't end soon especially now that the French big man has a lot of time to talk while recovering from his injury.
