Utah Jazz shooting guard Donovan Mitchell has taken the league by storm with his on-court antics and the maturity shown by carrying his team through an unprecedented playoff run, but the Rookie of the Year runner-up got a rude awakening when his own teammate, Rudy Gobert, rejected his philosophical ways.

Make that 130 blocks for Gobert in the season after this god-like swat of his own teammate.

While the comment is still in jest, it comes at a time when LeBron James' feud with President Donald Trump got him to answer back with the biggest clap-back of them all, launching his own I Promise School in his native Akron, Ohio.

James had been told to “stick to sports” in the past after he made multiple political statements throughout the NBA season and was told to “shut up and dribble” not long ago.

Those comments are now long in the past, but some have not forgotten where it all started, giving Mitchell the ultimate vote of confidence.
