There is no love lost between Rudy Gobert and Isaiah Thomas. The two got into a Twitter beef earlier this summer when Gobert sent out a tweet disparaging the potential suitors for then-unrestricted free agent Gordon Hayward. Gobert put a poop emoji next to a clover, which was meant to signify the Celtics.

Thomas responded with a tweet showing all 17 championships the Celtics have won, right next to the ones the Jazz have won, which is none.

And as The Score pointed out, Gobert retweeted that famous tweet shortly after Thomasā€™ trade to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The irony is certainly not lost on Gobert that after all of Thomasā€™ efforts to woo Hayward to the Celtics, Thomas wonā€™t even get to play a single minute with him in Boston. Instead, they might end up facing one another in the Eastern Conference Finals.

But if Thomas is looking for an appropriate response to Gobertā€™s trolling, heā€™d probably like to remind the Jazz big man that his new team also has more championships than Utah, and that with a certain King (insert crown emoji here), Thomas will likely be challenging for another championship this season as well.
