Even after the season has ended for the Lakers, the lack of communication within the organization is still making the news.

The Lakers announced on Sunday that they had made the decision to fire head coach Byron Scott after the worst season in the franchise's history. However, it seems that not everyone in the organization was aware of the change, including part-owner Jeanie Buss.

There have been more than a few names mentioned for the newly-vacant Lakers' head coaching position. Let's hope the key members of the organization can get on the same page with regard to who will be hired.
