Charlotte Hornets shooting guard Jeremy Lamb will miss one to two weeks of action with a strained left hamstring, according to the team website.

Lamb suffered the injury during Saturday's loss to the Boston Celtics. The fifth-year University of Connecticut product is averaging 7.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per game in three contests through the young season.

New acquisition Marco Belinelli will see an increased role during his absence and second-year guard Aaron Harrison might finally make his debut this year, coming off the bench in a support role for the next week or two.

Jeremy Lamb has averaged 7.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game in 217 games during his five-year career, only eight of which were starts.
