The New York Jets certainly haven't played the way that they were hoping for this season once again as they are currently 4-12 and look like they might finish the season at 4-13 after they play the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

There have been some bright spots for this Jets team this year. It looks like many of the players do want to get back to returning to being a title contender and hopefully bringing a Super Bowl back to New York.

CJ Mosley took to Twitter to explain why players should want to come to the New York Jets,

“If you're scared to come here because you think you might lose, then don't come… If you want to come here to change the culture… Help this team win and get back to a Super Bowl… Bring that same mindset. I mean, that's all we need…If you come with negativity and doubt, then there's no point in even coming.”

This is an interesting statement from CJ Mosley, but it is one that is certainly true. The Jets need a bunch of guys who can come in and make an impact and not have to worry about them pouting just because they are losing. Losing is going to be a part of the game and the Jets are going to have a few years of some more downplay before they get back on track and start contending for a Super Bowl.
