There may be a revenge game in the works for free agent halfback Le'Veon Bell against the New York Jets this season. After being released by the Jets, Bell has drawn quite the attraction from teams looking to bulk up in the backfield.

Per The Athletic, Bell has now focused his picks down to either signing with the Kansas City Chiefs or the Miami Dolphins. In either case, both teams are scheduled to play the Jets this season; in the case of the Dolphins, they'll play the Jets twice. With Bell signing soon, the chances of him playing in the Jets-Dolphins first meeting (assuming he signs with Miami) on Sunday is highly unlikely.

However, the Jets will once again face the Dolphins in Week 12, giving Bell ample time to become comfortable with his new team where he'll surely see an increased role. Bell was set off into free agency by the Jets on Tuesday after the halfback grew disgruntled with his current role on the team.

Both Bell and head coach Adam Gase reached an apparent impasse during a Week 5 loss to the Cardinals, a contest in which Bell served little to no purpose. Following the game, Bell proceeded to Twitter, liking tweets from fans that stated that the Jets should trade or release the running back.

After gaining no traction in trade talks, the Jets agreed to release Bell into free agency, allowing him to be signed by another team as soon as Wednesday.

The Chiefs will more than likely use Bell in a reserved role, but offer him a chance to compete on a high level. With the Dolphins, he'll definitely see his usage go up.
