New York Jets safety Jamal Adams seems to be a big fan of the team's decision to reportedly interview former Texas Tech head coach Kliff Kingsbury.

Adams voiced his opinion on what the team needs moving forward following the Jets' 38-3 loss to the New England Patriots last Sunday, which led to the franchise firing former head coach Todd Bowles.

Now, with plenty of candidates rumored to be in the mix, there's one in particular that Adams appears to be throwing his support behind.

And, he wasn't exactly shy about expressing his thoughts via Twitter.

Kingsbury was fired as Texas Tech head coach after a 5-7 season, and he finished 35-40 overall during his six seasons with the school.

However, despite the lack of success at the college level, there are many who believe that his entertaining offensive system would have a chance to succeed in the NFL.

He's only 39 years old, and as we all know, front offices around the league are always looking for the next up and coming coach that can be a complete game-changer.

With a young quarterback like Sam Darnold under center, there's no doubt that the Jets want to hire someone with a proven history of success in terms of developing players at that position.

Kingsbury played the position at Texas Tech before moving into coaching, so he certainly understands what it takes to play that spot.

While he may not have the type of resume that other candidates have, it's pretty obvious that at least a few teams may be willing to take a chance on him being the next big thing in coaching.
