The New York Jets will already be without Sam Darnold in Week 2, but they could also be without their star running back. At this current moment, Le'Veon Bell is officially listed as questionable versus the Cleveland Browns.

Bell was able to play against the Buffalo Bills in Week 1 with no concerns. The former Pittsburgh Steelers running back rushed for 60 yards and caught six passes for 32 yards and a touchdown.

At the beginning of this week, though, the dynamic running back was listed on the injury report with a shoulder injury. Adam Gase said it wasn't believed to be a serious injury and it was just “soreness” in his shoulder.

After missing practice with the injury, Bell decided to receive an MRI on his shoulder. Luckily for the Jets, the results showed that there was nothing to worry about with his shoulder.

Despite the positive news in his MRI, New York's franchise running back is considered to be questionable for Week 2. The Jets play on Monday Night Football, so Bell will have an extra day to get his body prepared in time for the game.

New York will host the Browns in primetime with both teams searching for their first win of the young season. With Darnold already being ruled out due to mono, Gase would love to have Bell active on Monday night.

Trevor Siemian will replace Darnold under center against the Browns. The former Denver Broncos quarterback hasn't started in a game since 2017 so this game could go plenty of ways.
