EA Sports recently unveiled some of their ratings for the top quarterbacks and running backs in Madden 21. It appears New York Jets running back Le'Veon Bell is not pleased with the result.

Le'Veon Bell found himself out of the top-10 rankings for his position with an 87 overall rating. As any player disgruntled by their Madden rating would, Bell took to Twitter to express his displeasure with the apparent snub:

Bell is hardly the only dissatisfied with his overall rating. Denver Broncos running back Melvin Gordon had something to say after finding out his 79 overall rating landed him well out of the top 10 for running backs.

Bell even doubled down on his comments by indicating that he is not interested in any of the developer updates by the time Week 6 rolls around. Despite all the challenges the Jets face in sparking a potential resurgence following their mediocre showing on offense last year, it seems the best form of motivation for the three-time All-Pro was to give him an unfavorable rating in a video game.

The unprecedented circumstances of the offseason has given players ample time to take in all the preseason analytics. Bell clearly has heard all the noise regarding his rocky debut year with the Jets. He's not passing up on any opportunity to shoot down any rankings that do not have him as one of the elite running backs.

Of course, Bell will need to get back to his All-Pro form in the 2020 NFL season if he hopes to finally provide some merit to his argument.
