Since entering the NBA back in 2011, Jimmy Butler has played with All-Stars, MVPs and future Hall of Famers.

The Chicago Bulls drafted Butler with the 30th overall pick. Since then, Jimmy has played for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat.

For this piece, we take a look at the best teammates Jimmy Butler has had so far in his NBA career.

Derrick Rose

Jimmy and Derrick Rose were teammates for five years in Chicago. The two stars then played with each other again in Minnesota.

Rose, the youngest MVP in NBA history, averaged 18.0 points and 5.5 assists while Butler was his teammate in Chicago. Jimmy, meanwhile, became an All-Star for the first time during the 2014-15 season while playing with Rose in the Bulls' backcourt.

Butler finished his Bulls career with averages of 15.6 points and 4.8 boards.

Karl-Anthony Towns

The Jimmy Butler-Karl-Anthony Towns duo guided the Timberwolves to the playoffs in 2017-18. It was the first time the Minnesota franchise made the postseason since 2004. Back then, the future looked bright for the Wolves.

Unfortunately, Butler didn't enjoy playing with Towns or Andrew Wiggins in Minnesota and requested a trade from the team before the start of the 2018-19 season.

Jimmy averaged 22.0 points in the 69 games he was teammates with Towns. On the other hand, KAT put up 21.3 points and 12.3 boards in his first season with Butler before the Timberwolves traded the swingman to Philly after just playing 10 games in his second campaign.

Ben Simmons

Jimmy and Ben Simmons were only teammates for 55 games during the 2018-19 regular season. Butler averaged 18.2 points with Simmons and the Sixers after Philly acquired him from the Timberwolves.

Simmons, the 2018 Rookie of the Year, put up 16.9 points, 8.8 boards and 7.7 assists in 2018-19. The lefty and Butler led Philly to the second round of the 2019 playoffs.

Joel Embiid

Joel Embiid loved playing with Jimmy. Their personalities on and off the court were almost identical, too.

It's why Embiid was sad when Butler decided not to re-sign with the Sixers in the summer of 2019, opting to move to the Heat instead.

Butler averaged 19.4 points for the Sixers in the 2019 playoffs, while Embiid put up 20.2 points and 10.5 boards. Philly lost to the Toronto Raptors in Game 7 of the second round after Kawhi Leonard sank the shot of the decade.

Bam Adebayo

Butler and Bam Adebayo are the new one-two-punch in South Beach these days. Both guys made the All-Star team in 2019-20.

Before the season was suspended due to COVID-19, Butler was averaging 20.2 points, 6.6. rebounds and 6.1 assists in his first season with the Heat. Bam, for his part, was putting up 16.2 points, 10.5 boards and 5.1 dimes.
