JJ Watt is keeping the fans muddled as he navigates his first free agency.

Watt tweeted “Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell” on Tuesday morning, essentially giving football fans a whole lot of nothing.

Watt's Twitter has been a gold mine over the course of the last week.

The former Houston Texans star has been very engaged, plainly stating “free agency is wild.” with one tweet before humorously posting a video of his younger brother–and All-Pro Pittsburgh Steelers edge rusher–T.J. shoveling snow.

JJ Watt also had a hilarious retort for a fan demanding he chooses a new team. He mused it takes him an hour just to decide what to order on DoorDash, imploring fans to give him some time as he plots out the next phase of his career.

Indeed, there has yet to be a clear frontrunner established in the Watt sweepstakes.

Signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers would give Watt the opportunity to play with both his brothers. Joining the Green Bay Packers would allow the Pewaukee, Wisconsin native to play closer to home. But both the Steelers and Packers have a lot of work to do to create the necessary cap space.

The Indianapolis Colts and Cleveland Browns could both be teams to watch. Both cities are relatively close to Chicago, where Watt's wife, Kealia, lives as a standout for the Chicago Red Stars in the National Women's Soccer League.

Colts general manager Chris Ballard has often stated his constant hunger to improve the offensive and defensive fronts, and the Browns could form a dynamic duo in pairing JJ Watt with Myles Garrett.

Where Watt will end up is anyone's guess. In the meantime, he seems to be having quite a bit of fun teasing fans on Twitter.
