### **Graphic Designer Duties and Responsibilities**
Graphic Designers handle the visual side of your company. The content that Graphic Designers create is often the first time a customer or client notices your company. Someone may learn about your company from an advertisement, and if your branding isn’t clear, you won’t reach customers. An experienced Graphic Designer, however, can ensure your branding is consistent across all channels and that you’re making the most out of every penny spent on advertising. News Deck/Editorial Writer (All Sports)

## Job Summary

Graphic designers create visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the audience.  

**GOALS AND DUTIES **

• Manage the conceptualization and creation of content for all of ClutchPoints' social  
media brands 
• Be a sports fan of multiple sports (and willing to learn others)  
• Be able to think differently/is very creative 
• Maintain quality of all posts and campaigns
• Actively communicate with Editors and Social Editors to enhance active graphic requests
• Ability to accurately follow directions from Social Editors

• Must have general knowledge about sports betting, NBA, NFL, and MLB. Other sports are a bonus. 
• Ability to work graveyard hours is preferred but not required. 

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS **

- Must be able to work (Full time) 40 hours a week.

Researchers are responsible for collecting and analyzing data to be used in the company’s Social Media platforms. Making good use of resources like search engines and the internet is a must. Researchers must be able to find needed video clips and photos to be used for a specific topic and also provide highlight plays needed for TiKTok and other social media platforms.

- **Evergreen Scouring- **Search for highlight material plays from the previous seasons, then put a Title and a caption for the clip
