After his team announced early last month that he will be missing the remainder of the regular season, not a lot has been heard from Joel Embiid. He has not been seen making public appearances lately and has also been relatively quiet on social media the past couple of weeks.

However, he was back to his comical and quirky ways once again when he took to his Instagram account and showed his followers how he looks like after getting a haircut. However, he also made it known that he regrets having one and questioned his decision to cut it short.

I'M SO STUPID FOR CUTTING MY HAIR LIKE WTF IS WRONG WITH ME…. HUGE L #LookTooYoung

The 22-year-old Kansas product appeared in only 31 games this season but made his mark by showcasing his ability to score in different ways and be a rim protecter. Despite only playing 25.4 minutes per outing, Embiid still averaged impressive numbers of 20.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 2.5 blocks per game.

More importantly, he has given the Sixers fans a lot to be optimistic about their team's future. With Ben Simmons scheduled to make his debut next season and his emergence as a force on the court, there is a growing belief that the team can bring back lost glory to their storied franchise sooner than later.
