This is a tragic form for a team that is fighting for a title, especially since some of the poor results came against teams that really should not be taking their points, such as a 0-0 draw with Genoa, a 0-2 loss to Sassuolo, and a 1-1 draw with Torino. As said above, this is truly a huge game. This game can mean so much for both teams, as they are set for an exciting end of the season. Milan is ahead of all teams with 66 points, but Napoli, Inter Milan, and Juventus are all close behind. A total of seven points separates first place Milan and fourth-placed Juventus and if they manage to win this game, Juventus would be even closer to a title challenge. Even if Inter Milan was to win their game in hand versus Bologna, Juventus would still be in a great position to use their form to catch up to the other teams. One more thing that completely goes in line with Juventus is their injury bill.
While Inter will be missing some key players, Juventus has largely cleared their issues with absences.
