Juventus may have just lost their best player in Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester United, but they're already looking to grab one of their other mainstays next summer. The Old Lady is eyeing a move for former midfielder Paul Pogba, via Tuttosport. The Frenchman's current deal with the Red Devils runs out in 2022.

Juve is aware that it will be extremely tough to sway Pogba away from Old Trafford, especially if he plays a key role in the club winning trophies this season. But, Juventus believe their relationship with the player and his agent, Mino Raiola, could help their chase of the France international.

However, the Bianconeri will likely face stiff competition for Pogba's signature, who has also been on the radar of Real Madrid and PSG. Cristiano Ronaldo will likely try to convince him to stay in Manchester, but if that fails, it's very possible that Pogba will be on the move. Kylian Mbappe's future in Paris could also factor into where his France teammate ultimately ends up.

Pogba made 124 appearances for Juventus across four seasons, scoring 28 goals. United then bought him for a whopping €105 million in the summer of 2016. It will be interesting to see if he signs a new contract with Man U in the coming months or decides to take his talents elsewhere in the summer of 2022.
