On Monday, the San Antonio Spurs won their game versus the Cleveland Cavaliers in a blowout, 103-74. Not only did they hand the defending champions their second-worst loss of the year, but they also swept the season series against them. However, for Kawhi Leonard, it doesn't mean anything.

Being the veteran that he is, the 25-year-old San Diego State product understands that sweeping them is not their ultimate goal and that winning the title remains their top priority.

With nine games left on their schedule, the Spurs appears to be a lock for at least the second overall seed, and still have a shot at overtaking the Golden State Warriors. Their players are all healthy now and have won five consecutive games, which only increases their confidence ahead of the playoffs.

Leonard is having a very solid campaign with career-high averages of 26.0 points and 3.5 assists, to go along with 5.9 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game. More importantly, he is proving he can dominate games on both ends of the floor, as he is considered one of the best two-way players in the league today.

With his stellar play and his talented teammates ready to contribute to their cause at any given time, the Spurs are once again going to be a very difficult team to beat once the playoffs start.
