The Atlanta Hawks re-introduced returning free agent Kent Bazemore on Wednesday. He spoke with other teams this summer, but eventually felt the Hawks were truly his best choice.

Bazemore signed with the Hawks for $70 million over the next four years.

He will retain his starting position and come back to a slightly different team, with starting guard Jeff Teague traded to the Indiana Pacers, and with starting center Al Horford leaving for the Boston Celtics.

Bazemore shared the conference with new teammate Dwight Howard, who choked up when talking about returning to his hometown.

Not long after he began to explain how Atlanta is the perfect situation for him, and how he couldn't see himself walking away, Bazemore got emotional as well, gushing over the love the city has shown him.
