Brandon Huntley-Hatfield, a 5-star forward in the 2022 college basketball recruiting class, has set an unofficial visit with the Kentucky Wildcats for the Louisville game on Dec. 28, according to Jake Weingarten of Stockrisers.

The 6-8 power forward, who currently attends IMG Academy in Florida, is the cousin of former Kentucky star Alex Poythress and continues to showcase his talents as one of the best players in the class.

Hundley-Hatfield holds offers from Auburn, Baylor, Seton Hall, Wake Forest, and Ole Miss, and took his official visit to Oxford last weekend.

He is rated as the No. 2 player in Florida and No. 9 player overall in the 2022 class, according to 247Sports.

John Calipari and company are having no trouble recruiting top talent to Lexington, and Huntley-Hatfield certainly fits the trend considering that he has the makeup of a future NBA player.

The Wildcats will tip off the new college basketball season on Nov. 5 in a Champions Classic showdown with Michigan State.
