For most celebrities and public figures, endorsing a presidential candidate could be somewhat of a risky move for their image, which is why most NBA athletes, ownership and front office personnel are often careful before making their allegiance public.

But in recent memory, there hasn't been an election as frantic and polarizing as the one between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr did not shy away from the chance to speak his mind on the matter and how he hopes the elected candidate does in office. He also gave praise to fellow head coach Stan Van Gundy of the Detroit Pistons, who earlier was his usual frank self, reacting to having Trump elected.
