Some of the best American shooters in the NBA had a tough time putting up points for Team USA Wednesday against Australia, and coincidentally, they all play for the same team: the Golden State Warriors.

Kevin Durant got the start against the Aussies, scoreing 14 points on 4-of-16 shooting while grabbing 5 rebounds and blocking two shots in 34 minutes. He shared the starting lineup with Kyrie Irving, Carmelo Anthony, Paul George and DeMarcus Cousins.

Draymond Green came off the bench, scoring seven points on 2-of-5 shooting including 1-of-4 from three-point range. He also grabbed two rebounds and stole the ball twice in 13 minutes.

Klay Thompson also came off the bench, scoring six points on 2-of-9 shooting, with 2-of-6 from beyond the arc. He grabbed four rebounds and dished out two assists in 23 minutes.

But the best Warrior to play in the game traded earlier this offseason. The new Maverick played for Australia; Andrew Bogut scored 15 points, grabbed three rebounds and blocked the ball three times in 26 minutes for the Boomers.

While the shooting woes of the Warriors trio was likely a fluke, it could be predictive of struggles to come for Golden State's “super team” next NBA season.
