The Golden State Warriors will enter Game 3 of their best-of-seven first-round series against the Portland Trail Blazers shorthanded, as they will be without forward Kevin Durant (calf strain) and head coach Steve Kerr (illness), according to the team.

Rookie forward Patrick McCaw will take Durant's place in the lineup, while assistant coach Mike Brown will take Kerr's place on the sidelines.

They will also be without backup point guard Shaun Livingston (right index finger sprain and hand contusion), veteran forward Matt Barnes (right ankle/foot sprain), and power forward Kevon Looney (left hip strain).

The Warriors will enter tonight's game with only 11 healthy bodies and will need to make the most out of their reserves' minutes throughout the game in order to pull off a win on the road.

The Blazers will have their starting center Jusuf Nurkic back in the lineup after missing nearly a month with a nondisplaced fracture in his right fibula — though he will play limited minutes, according to Casey Holdahl of Blazers.com.

This is likely Portland's best chance to strike, as the Warriors were 0-4 in Game 3s last postseason, making this game one in which they're at their highest vulnerability.
