Much has been criticized about Kevin Durant’s move to the Golden State Warriors last summer, but at the end of the day, the former MVP and one of the most lethal offensive weapons in league history has finally got the ultimate validation to a stellar career — an NBA title.
Of all criticisms that the 28-year-old received, among those that stood out came from his old fans in Oklahoma City calling him a “cupcake”.
In true Kevin Durant fashion, the tables got turned on the trolls and he was yet again able to have the last laugh.
Durant was recently spotted sporting a cupcake cap that interestingly did not have the normal topping on it. Instead, the print boasted of a championship ring, sending a strong message back at his haters.

That is indeed one fine dessert item that most NBA players, greats including, would love to have for themselves.
