The Sacramento Kings suffered another disappointing loss on Wednesday, as they fell to the Dallas Mavericks in a tight encounter, 127-123. That's now three straight defeats for Sacramento, and to make matters worse, all three losses have been on their home floor. The home crowd at the Golden 1 Center could no longer hide their frustration on Wednesday, as they ended up booing their own team. Kings fourth-year shooting guard Buddy Hield, who himself was the target of some jeers from his home fans, gave his thoughts on the same.
Buddy Hield actually had an outstanding performance on Wednesday, as he scored 25 points on 10-of-23 shooting, along with three rebounds, and two assists. The former sixth overall pick did go 3-of-11 from distance, though, which probably added to the frustration of the Kings supporters in attendance.
Then again, Hield went on to say that this love-hate relationship with the fans is something he has learned to deal with.
The Kings have fallen way below preseason expectations at this point, as they continue to struggle in the West with a 15-26 record.
