Sacramento Kings guard Bogdan Bogdanovic is expected to return to the lineup against the Utah Jazz, however, he'll be on minute restriction.

Bogdanovic has been a steady force for the Kings this season averaging a career-best 14.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 3.6 assists. The 27-year-old has been shooting 38 percent from behind the arc this season. He's been a solid playmaker coming off the bench. Bogdanovic has missed the past six games due to an ankle injury he suffered against the Memphis Grizzlies. During that six-game stretch, the Kings have gone 2-6 without him. The 27-year-old was also the subject of trade rumors recently.

The Kings roster has been plagued with injuries all season long. Their team has missed a combined 74 games with injuries so far this season. Center Richaun Holmes recently injured his shoulder against the Golden State Warriors and is expected to be out for another two weeks. On the other hand, Marvin Bagley III has missed 28 games of the season due to multiple injuries. Fortunately, Bagley is back in the lineup, however, he's also playing on minute restrictions.

Despite their injuries, The Kings are currently 14th in the Western Conference with a record of 14-25. They're only four games behind the Grizzlies, who are the eighth seed.

When they're lineup returns to full strength, they'll most certainly be able to make a run for the lower playoff seeds. They haven't been into the playoffs in the last 13 years. They're seeking to snap their three-game losing streak when they play the Jazz on Saturday evening.
