Buddy Hield isn't happy with the Sacramento Kings at the moment.

Hield is looking to sign his rookie-scale extension with the franchise as soon as possible, but wants to be compensated fairly.

A report from Yahoo Sports on Wednesday said the Kings have offered Hield a four-year extension worth $90 million. However, the sharpshooter is reportedly looking for a contract worth $110 million.

After the Kings' preseason game on Wednesday, Hield didn't mince words about his contract situation or the state of the Sacramento organization.

“Name one big free agent that came to Sacramento,” Hield said, via NBC Sports California. “I've been here three years trying to grow the program, grow the organization, and I feel like I could be rewarded close to that. But that's just me. That's my gut feeling.”

If Sacramento and Hield can’t agree to an extension by Oct. 21, Buddy would enter restricted free agency next summer if the franchise offers him a qualifying offer worth $6.5 million.

Hield averaged 20.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists last season for the Kings while shooting 45.8 percent from the field, 42.7 percent from beyond the arc and 88.6 percent from the free-throw line. He’s part of the Kings’ core which is headlined by De’Aaron Fox, Marvin Bagley III, Harrison Barnes, Bogdan Bogdanovic and Harry Giles.
