De'Aaron Fox was announced as the Player of the Week for the Sacramento Kings after a tremendous week in which he led his team to a 4-0 record while averaging 36.8 points per game.

In response to his recent achievement, Fox took to Twitter to let fans know that he isn't content with where he's at as a player.

In the past week, Fox continued to elevate his game, finishing with an average of 36.8 points, 5.5 assists, and 2 steals per game, while shooting an efficient 64 percent from the floor. Due to his improved play recently, Fox has become a more efficient shooter, which has been the main focus for him and it's been showing on the court.

Fox Is Giving Kings Playoff Hopes

With Fox leading the way, the Kings have now won six out of their last seven games and are now the 11th seed in the Western Conference. While Sacramento still has a ton of work to do to sneak into the playoffs, Fox is giving them hope with his play this season.

Last year in his third season, he showed flashes as a star point guard. However, this year the 23-year-old has taken his game to another level. In his first 45 games of the season, Fox has notched a career-best 24.8 points, 7.3 assists, and 1.4 steals per game.

When it comes to his shooting, Fox is making a career-high 48.6 percent of his shoots as he continues to work on his outside shot, where he is currently converting 33.2 percent.

For the fourth-year guard out of Kentucky, winning the Player of the Week award is nothing to scoff at. Nonetheless, Fox is making it clear that he isn't finished evolving his game, as he hopes to lead the Kings to an improbable playoff berth.
