The Sacramento Kings' final roster is beginning to shape up, as the start of the regular season nears. The team announced on Tuesday the signings of Reggie Hearn and Dave Stockton, while waiving Marcus Williams, according to Bill Herenda of KFBK.

Both Hearn and Stockton are G-League veterans, and are expected to be sent to the Reno Bighorns to gain more experience and further improve their games. Should there be a need for guards to fill the roster in the future, the Kings may look to give either of them a call, to suit up for them.

Reggie Hearn was undrafted back in 2013, but has spent the last three seasons with the Bighorns and Idaho Stampede. He was rewarded for his solid play by being selected to the squad that represented the U.S. in the FIBA AmeriCup this summer, and helped them win the gold medal.

David Stockton on the other hand has played in Crotia for club team Cedevita Zagreb, as well as for the New Zealand Breakers, in between stints with the Bighorns. He also appeared in three games for the Kings back in the 2014-15 season, before being reassigned to the G-League again.

Marcus Williams' waiving now brings the team's roster down to 20, but five more players won't make the final cut. They will either be waived or sent to their affiliate, as the Kings will need to comply with the NBA's rule of only having a maximum of 15 players on guaranteed contracts.
