The Sacramento Kings will face off with the Orlando Magic on Friday night, but they could be a little short-handed, per James Ham of NBC Sports California.

Willie Cauley-Stein (lower back strain) and De’Aaron Fox (lower back strain) are both listed as questionable for tomorrow’s game against Orlando.

Willie Cauley-Stein has been dealing with the lower back strain for a while now and has missed the last three contests because of the injury.

He has been getting ruled out of those contests pretty early, so this could be a good sign that he is at least a little closer to returning, if not Friday, soon thereafter.

For De'Aaron Fox, he left the last game against the New Orleans Pelicans with a lower back strain and did not return. There should be a more concrete answer to these two youngsters' playing status after the morning shootaround, but for now, they are officially questionable.

Fox has been a staple in the Kings' starting lineup as of late, and he has not disappointed. He is averaging 27.2 minutes per game and is putting up 11.4 points, 4.2 assists, and 2.6 rebounds per game.

It took a little bit for Fox to get adjusted to the NBA game, but he has made a lot of winning plays so far this year for the Kings.

If Cauley-Stein and Fox can't go, that would be a blow to the Kings' chances in this game, but Sacramento wouldn't be the only team short-handed in this contest.

Evan Fournier is dealing with an MCL Sprain that will keep him out of this game, and Aaron Gordon is in the concussion protocol and also will not play in this one.

With these two teams already struggling to win games, it might come down to which team has the better depth sitting at the end of their bench.
