It has been nothing short of trying summer for New York Knicks star forward Carmelo Anthony that has created much uncertainty around his future with the team.
In spite of that, Anthony took Twitter to send an inspirational message to help him through what's been a difficult last few months.

It was an offseason that began with the attention being on his marriage involving an infidelity that has put his personal life. This created increased scrutiny on that situation with it being tied into how much he will be able to see his son.
Things have now shifted toward Anthony pushing for a trade from the New York Knicks with the primary destination being the Houston Rockets. However, the Knicks have been unable up to this point work out a deal to move the All-Star forward ahead of next season. In the process, both the Cleveland Cavaliers and Portland Trail Blazers have also been in the picture as possible landing spots.
What has made things more complicated is that Anthony holds a no-trade clause that has severely limited the number of teams he could be traded to this summer. On top of that, all pushed Anthony into an uncertain space with his NBA future heading into his 15th season in the league.
With the start of training camp quickly approaching, things could get quite interesting for Anthony and the Knicks.
