The New York Knicks are hoping to have found a hidden gem in the 2021 NBA Draft when they selected guard Miles (Deuce) McBridge with the No. 36 pick. While it is just NBA Summer League, so far the returns have been great.

Against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday night, McBride cashed in 22 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists in the 91-82 win for the Knicks. The West Virginia product went a scorching 6-6 from three-point range to help catapult New York to victory.

According to Kevin O'Connor of The Ringer, McBride was in the zone so much that he showed up to a Las Vegas restaurant following the game still wearing his uniform.

While there was no visual image to support this happening, let's just believe that it was real and take O'Connor at his word because it's too hilarious not to.

Imagining McBride roaming around Vegas on a Wednesday night in his Knicks jersey after torching the Lakers is quite the visual to imagine. If he owned it and acted like it was completely normal, even better.

The Knicks went from an empty shelf at the point guard position at the start of free agency to having tons of options entering this season. They resigned Derrick Rose and Immanuel Quickley has looked phenomenal at Summer League as he enters year two. Then, New York also added Kemba Walker, who is expected to start at the one spot, and drafted McBride as well.

Tom Thibodeau may end up having plenty of options at point guard and with McBride's defense being his calling card, if he's filling it up offensively like he has in Vegas, it'll be hard to keep him out of the rotation come time for the regular season.
