For as much of a rumor-filled offseason it has been for New York Knicks All-Star forward Carmelo Anthony, he has recently been surrounded by chatter regarding his offseason workouts.
His former teammate J.R. Smith has voiced much praise toward Anthony about the type of player has shown to be on the court this summer when he dons a hoodie that led him to believe he is a better player when is wearing that attire.
In light of that, NBA 2K has taken their own spin on the situation by tweeting out a photo with the Hoodie Melo garnering the highest rating in the upcoming NBA 2K18 video game.

Although Smith has yet to respond to the tweet, it's likely something that he will agree with given his huge praise toward his former Knicks teammate. The 10-time All-Star has looked like an unstoppable offensive force in pickup games even against the likes of fellow NBA stars Kevin Durant and LeBron James over this past weekend.
If there's anything to take away from this, it is that Anthony clearly still has plenty left in the tank heading into his 15th season in the league regardless of what team he suits up for in the 2017-18 campaign.
