The Brooklyn Nets are going to be a tough out in the playoffs, but the New York Knicks believe they have what it takes to defeat their cross-city rivals. Following New York's win over the Detroit Pistons on Saturday, Julius Randle and Reggie Bullock revealed how the Knicks can take down the Nets.

“We got a Big 5,” Bullock said, via Marc Berman of The New York Post. “A Big 15,” Randle quickly noted.

“A Big 15,” Bullock continued. “We got a pretty good team. We’re not really concerned about their Big 3. We know what kind of basketball we will be able to play. We focus on our team and the game plan the coach draws up. That’s all we’re focused on – the Knicks.”

During the Knicks win over Detroit, Randle and Bullock combined for 49 points to help lead New York to a 44-point victory. Besides Randle and Bullock, head coach Tom Thibodeau's team has other players like RJ Barrett, Immanuel Quickley, Derrick Rose, and Alec Burks, who all contribute in different areas.

With a 25-25 record through their first 50 games, the Knicks are in a position to make the playoffs for the first time since the 2012-2013 season. At the same time, they could earn their first winning record since the same year.

While the Knicks have shown improvement as a team under Thibodeau, beating Brooklyn isn't going to be an easy task. Once the Nets are healthy, they can submit a lineup that features Kevin Durant, James Harden, Kyrie Irving, Blake Griffin, LaMarcus Aldridge, Joe Harris, and DeAndre Jordan.

Despite the top end of Brooklyn's lineup being more loaded than New York's, Randle and Bullock believe their entire team can beat anyone.
