Tom Thibodeau reveals Kemba Walker may play the second half of the Knicks' back-to-back against the Chicago Bulls, despite Walker continuing to manage his left knee.

It is no secret that the Knicks guard has had his fair share of significant injuries, including consecutive left knee surgeries in 2015 and 2016. Coming back to New York, Walker more than understands that he has to be on top of his own body at all times to stay as healthy as possible.

Earlier this month, The 31-year old Knicks guard revealed that contrary to his scheduled playing schedule with the Boston Celtics last season, he decided to play it all by ear—listening to his body more instead of forcing a schedule to work. Thibodeau is also open to letting Walker play back-to-backs if he wants to, but of course, Kemba has the final say.

In managing his knee with the Knicks, Walker's minutes have been a rollercoaster ride, to say the least. Against the Houston Rockets, he only registered 21 minutes of play while being held to only 9 points in the hard-fought win.

This was the front-end of a back-to-back, which of course begs the question of whether the Knicks choose to play Walker tomorrow against the Bulls. According to Fred Kratz on Twitter, Thibodeau completely trusts Kemba with his fitness, and if he feels great, then he'll be good to go.

Amid these claims, Knicks fans will have to wait and see if Walker does push through with playing against the Bulls. Expect that game to be a thrilling one to watch.
