If you do decide to spend hundreds, possibly thousands of dollars to see Kobe Bryant‘s final game tonight, you deserve to be entertained by all of the ceremonies as well as the Mamba himself. Kobe wouldn't have it any other way.

It appears that everybody in attendance will be in luck, according to head coach Byron Scott.

A few days ago, Scott said that Bryant will play more minutes than his 28.2 season average tonight. Now, he has a little extra insight.

Earlier today, Byron told Mark Medina of the L.A. Daily News that Kobe will be used as the focal point of the offensive attack, receiving “lots of shots in a lot of minutes.”

For the year, the Mamba has averaged just over 16 shot attempts per game, the lowest total of his career since the 1998-99 season.

Bryant's teammate Metta World Peace was asked to speculate on how many shots Kobe will fire up tonight, and he gave a suggestive, albeit uncertain, answer.

“If I say 40 and he falls short, then people will be disappointed,” said World Peace. “So I don't know.”

40 might be a lot, but everybody watching will soak in every single one as we watch Bryant's brilliant shooting form for the final time, in the NBA at least.
