Alex Caruso's time with the Los Angeles Lakers may be over, but he will never forget his stint with the Purple and Gold and the plays he made with the team–especially the ones he made alongside LeBron James.

There is no doubt the 27-year-old guard has forged a strong relationship with LeBron during their brief time together. The chemistry between the two, shown in their epic lobs and body language, was remarkable. Even the numbers said as much: The Lakers duo posted the best net rating of any two-man combo in the NBA during the 2019-20 season.

LeBron also gave Caruso the GOAT nickname, a clear proof of their friendship and how much respect LeBron has for the Texas native.

Caruso admitted he'll definitely miss throwing lobs to James. He also emphasized that he never took his time with the King for granted.

Alex Caruso signed a four-year, $37 million deal with the Chicago Bulls in free agency, effectively putting an end to his memorable run with the Lakers.

While that may be the case, fans can still watch him throw lobs–this time with Bulls superstar Zach LaVine in Windy City. As Caruso said, he is hoping to have the same chemistry he had with LeBron when he plays alongside LaVine.

LeBron James and the Lakers will surely miss Caruso's energy and effort on the defensive end. Meanwhile, the Bulls will get to enjoy the CaruShow as they try to bring the franchise back to the postseason.
