Los Angeles Lakers big man Anthony Davis just couldn't catch a break in Friday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

After suffering an ankle injury in the first quarter of the contest, he once again sustained another injury in the third quarter. According to Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times, the Lakers big man got rolled up and hurt his left knee.

What's even more scary was the fact that he was unable to walk it off.

Photos and videos quickly circulated online showing Davis unable to make it to the locker room as he fell down in the tunnel. He was clearly in pain, with some Lakers staff taking a look at him.

Davis sustained the injury when Jaden McDaniels collided with him after a little push from LeBron James. It sent the Timberwolves big man stumbling and hitting Davis, who also fell down and immediately held his knee in absolute pain.

Davis was able to quickly return from his ankle injury early in the game, suggesting that the issue is not that serious. However, it is undoubtedly concerning to see him fall with another health problem.

With the Lakers' roster already hit with COVID-19 issues, they simply can't afford to lose their star big man. According to NBA insider Marc Stein, Davis has a left knee contusion and needs further evaluation to determine its severity.
