Los Angeles Lakers big man Anthony Davis had an absolutely brutal Grand Theft Auto Online RP assassination of a character wearing a Stephen Curry jersey.

Davis was streaming on Twitch when he and his squad essentially targeted a character rocking the No. 30 Golden State Warriors threads.

Couldn't even be a little more subtle there, AD? Guess basketball fans just have to hope there's some way the Lakers and Dubs meet in the playoffs, as unlikely as that is.

While Curry has been playing at an MVP level all season long, “The Brow” is just getting his feet back under him after a lengthy absence due to an Achilles injury.

Davis returned from his hiatus on April 22. He shot just 7-for-29 in his first two games, but is finally building some momentum.

The Lakers star played a huge role in L.A.'s win over the Denver Nuggets on Monday night. He scored 25 points and had three blocks, including a late block that essentially sealed the game.

It is imperative for the Lakers to get Davis rolling in the final week-plus, especially with LeBron James still ailing with his ankle injury. Los Angeles has been tough on the defensive end of the floor all season long, but desperately needs Davis to provide scoring come playoff time.

Meanwhile, Curry and the Warriors are ninth in the Western Conference, just a half-game back of the Memphis Grizzlies for the No. 8 spot.

The two-time MVP will hope to keep scoring at a high level, though he's unlikely to see Davis and the Lakers in the playoffs barring something crazy.
