Anthony Davis was questionable to play for the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 6. Despite clearly being far from 100 percent healthy, AD chose to suit up with their backs against the wall.

But unfortunately, AD hurt his groin just five minutes into Game 6. Check out the sad scene below as AD was forced to head back to the locker room.

The Lakers trainers have deemed Anthony Davis questionable to return.

But after watching just how severely in pain he was, it might be irresponsible to let him back out. This may be a do-or-die game for the Lakers, but AD's future health trumps anything else when it comes to this injury.

AD spoke out about his groin injury before Game 5, revealing that he couldn't even move. It's highly doubtful his condition got that much better after just a couple of days (via Silver Screen and Roll’s Christian Rivas).

“So, I went to the back, got some treatment for like 20 minutes, got it loose and then went back out and nothing changed from the running to pushing off. I just wasn’t able to move. Every move that we make, it starts with the groin. Any other injury—the knee and all that—you can kind of finagle a way to move, but the groin is a tough place. I just wasn’t able to do it last night.”

Prayers up for AD.
