Los Angeles Lakers superstar Anthony Davis has had enough of the LeBron James critics.

On Friday, fans and doubters got a good look at the two teams with the best records in the NBA, as the Milwaukee Bucks and the Los Angeles Lakers faced off for the second and final time this season. However, not only did Friday's marquee matchup pit possibly the two best teams in the league against each other, but it also gave an exciting battle between the league's top two MVP candidates.

The Lakers ended up being victorious on Friday, winning 113-103 at home to split the season series after Milwaukee took the first game in December by seven points.

As for the two MVP candidates, both LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo showed out on Friday. The Greek Freak finished with 32 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists while King James dropped 37 markers, eight boards, and eight dimes in the pivotal win.

Now, after the Lakers' win against the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday, Davis spoke to the media and advocated for his teammate and 17-year NBA veteran as the league's MVP.

At the ripe age of 35, James has shown that he can still be among, if not the best player in the NBA this late in his career. Anthony Davis is seeing that firsthand.
