Everyone knows Anthony Davis is a huge Green Bay Packers fan. The Los Angeles Lakers star has expressed his love for the team in several occasions, and he never failed to support the team win or lose. Naturally, though, it was still quite a painful experience for him to watch his favorite NFL club exit the postseason early.

Davis said as much on Tuesday after playing in his first game since suffering a knee injury last December. The Lakers star admitted that he cried after seeing the Packers lose in the divisional round, adding it was a tough time for him.

“It's tough. I cried,” Davis said, per Michael Corvo of ClutchPoints.

Every Packers fan was certainly like Anthony Davis at some point after Saturday's contest. Sure, some might be angry and frustrated, but the bottom line is they were all in pain. After all, many thought they would be going to the Super Bowl following a strong 2021 campaign where they finished with the best record in the NFL.

Unfortunately, their regular season success didn't translate in the postseason and the 49ers bounced them right in their first game.

Perhaps watching the Packers lose will be extra motivation for Davis as he tries to turn the Lakers' season around. The Purple and Gold struggled heavily when Davis was out, but things are looking bright in his return.
