Los Angeles Lakers big man Anthony Davis has been officially listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Golden State Warriors.

Per Kyle Goon of Southern California News Group, Davis' status remains in question because of a right shoulder sprain. However, it is more than likely that the All-Star big man plays in what is easily their most important game of the season.

As Goon noted, Anthony Davis emphasized he is doing well despite the injury. In fact, he also talked about the role he'll play in the play-in tournament, highlighting he is open to sliding to the center spot in a bid to take advantage of the Dubs' lack of frontcourt help.

“That team looks different sometimes,” Davis told ClutchPoints. “They go with Draymond at the 5 and we might throw Marc and Drum out there at the 5, and I stay 4. Or, we might make an adjustment where I’m the 5 and Kuz, ‘Bron 4, 3…But, if I need to play the 5, then I have no problem sliding down to the 5.”

Sure enough, it doesn't look like Davis will sit out the contest, especially since the Lakers need him if they want to ensure they will be getting the seventh seed in the West. LeBron James is expected to play as well despite reinjuring his ankle in their last game of the regular season against the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Lakers are probably just being cautious on Davis' situation since they can't afford to lose him to a major injury. With that said, it looks like fans have nothing to worry about.
