The Los Angeles Lakers are headed towards their most important game of the season. The status of Anthony Davis for that game remains uncertain, but that hasn't stopped the big man from speaking out ahead of the pivotal showdown.

The Lakers All-Star implored his LA side not to get fazed by the huge moment. They're playing with their backs against the wall, but it's still one game at the end of the day.

“Guys can’t shy away from the moment. We got to be able to knock down open shots. We have not been shooting the ball well in this series.”

“Just got to play confident, we got to play with a sense of desperation, toughness, heart. That’s it,” the Lakers star said.

While Anthony Davis is doing all he can to motivate his side ahead of Game 6, he'd much rather be on the court putting his words into action. But given how severe his injury was just before Game 5, the Lakers could very well sit him and hope LeBron James can carry the load to bring them to a Game 7. But whether AD plays or not, he just wants his squad to go out and play without inhibitions and leave it all on the court.

“It seemed like we hesitating a little bit. And if we do that and shoot the ball with confidence and trust your work that you’ve been putting in, then we should be fine.”
